In response to an issue that impacted Gateway service functionality related to Cellular and GPS metrics reporting earlier today, we will be conducting an Emergency Maintenance Window from Nov 9,2019 02:30 a.m PST until Nov 9,2019 5:30 a.m PST During this maintenance window, some of the gateway services related to status, cellular and GPS reporting will be impacted. The status of the Service will remain as “Under Maintenance” during this period. Users subscribed to this page, will be notified upon commencement and completion of the Maintenance Window.
